Refund policy

It is our aim that every item arrives in a great condition and we hope you are always happy with your purchase. 

If any item(s) was received in a damaged condition, you may have the option to refund or exchange. Damaged item(s) must be reported in the same day of delivery otherwise, return request will not be accepted.

Any other return requests that are not meeting our return policy above will not be accepted.

Refund amount will be processed through bank transfer within two to three business days once the defective item(s) is returned to our facility.  You will be kindly requested to provide us with your Account Name and your IBAN.
